Standard Delivery time period:
  • The standard delivery duration within Pakistan 10-12 working days (Sat-Sun are not included)
  • Delivery time for selected collections (i.e., Luxury Pret, Basic, Co-ords, Wedding Edit) may vary, further details will be available on WhatsApp or Instagram
  • The estimated delivery duration for International orders is 20-25 working days (depending on the destination).
  • Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log or the unavailability of the stock.
  • Duty/ custom charges may apply according to your Country/Region, we send the parcels worldwide as a gift.
  • We provide free shipping across Pakistan
  • For worldwide we provide free delivery above $1000 USD, below that shipping rates depends on the weight and the country.
  • We are shipping worldwide.

Express Shipping:

At Vanya we strive to best our services for our customers, this expedited shipping service will be providing following benefits;

  • The Express delivery duration within Pakistan 4-6 working days (Sat-Sun are not included).
  • The Express estimated delivery duration for international orders is 08-10 working days (depending on the destination).
  • This timeline will be applicable only on the articles marked under “Express shipping”
  • Any articles with “Standard Shipping Timeline” selected in the same order will be sent on standard shipping timeline.
  • Duty/ custom charges may apply according to your Country/Region, we send the parcels worldwide as a gift.
  • We provide free shipping across Pakistan


International Shipping Policy: USA & Canada

Effective Date: August 29, 2025


We are committed to providing a transparent and clear shipping process for our international customers in the United States and Canada. Due to recent changes in U.S. and Canadian import regulations, new tariffs, duties, and taxes may apply to your order. The de minimis exemption ($800) for duty-free imports into the United States has been removed.

1. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees

All international shipments, including those to the USA and Canada, may be subject to various import fees.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (Delivered At Place—DAP)

All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). This means the recipient (the customer) is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, taxes (including but not limited to GST, HST, PST, and new tariffs/surtaxes), and any applicable brokerage or handling fees charged by the shipping carrier or customs agent at the time of delivery. This is done before the package is released from customs.

  • Your order total at checkout only includes the cost of the merchandise and the shipping fee. It does NOT include any import duties, customs, or taxes.
  • These charges are imposed by the customs authority of your country (U.S. Customs and Border Protection or Canada Border Services Agency) and are not collected by Vanya.PK.
  • The carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, Skynet) will contact you directly to collect these fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the package may be considered abandoned, and you will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
